Add India Tax Details (GST) Screen from custom screen using personalization in Oracle Apps r12

Requirement: Call India Tax Details (GST) screen from custom screen to see taxes.

Steps:

Open your screen and select Help -> Diagnostics -> Custom Code -> Personalize.

 

 

 

 

Enter the details as mentioned below:

·         Built In Type :- Launch a Function

·         Function Code :- JAINTXPP

·         Function Name :- India Tax Details

·         Parameters :- ='TRX_TYPE='||'PURCHASE_ORDER' || decode( :PO_HEADERS.PO_HEADER_ID, NULL, NULL, ' TRX_ID=' ||:PO_HEADERS.PO_HEADER_ID)

 

Message Name: FND_VIEWOBJECT_NOT_FOUND. Tokens: VONAME = XxAPHeadersVO (Error in VO Extensions in OAF)

Cause: This error means the name of VO name or the VO attribute name specified does not exists. 

Action:  Check the entered VO Name and VO attribute name.

 

Note: In case of VO extension, when adding field using personalization VO name should be original one not extended VO.
