Define Security Profiles.
Security profiles are used to control the access of records & information of organizations to particular users.
System Administrator --> Profile --> System.

- Define a security profile:
- Mention the name of the profile.
- Select the Business group.
- Select values for View Employees, View contingent Workers, View Applicants, View Contacts as per the requirement.
- Select the Security type, we are selecting "View all organizations (no security)" here. But u can select other type like "Secure organization by organization hierarchy and/or organization list" if want to give access to limited organizations. You can select on basis of list of Operating units.
- for security type "View all organizations " u will not select list of organizations if the table below but if u select other security type then select the organizations here.
System Administrator --> Profile --> System.
- Select the Responsibility and enter the profile "HR: Security Profile" & "MO: Security Profile" in the field at the bottom of the page.
- Click on find button.
- Select the security profile in the field in Responsibility column.
